BAS National Show 2017

Spring Farm Alpacas had a great time at the BAS National Show 2017. Alongside our Suri Stud partners (West Wight Alpacas and Faraway Suri Alpacas) we were proud to be Gold Sponsors of the BAS National Show 2017. As such, we were situated just next to the public seating and right next to the show ring. I don’t think we got to sit down at all – although that might have had something to do with Costa coffee!

We entered a single fleece and seven alpacas (2 huacaya and 5 suri alpacas). We would have done more but were in Panama when the entries had to be done – at least that’s what I blame it on.

So all the team were placed in the top four and all (bar one – you know who you are) behaved impeccably in the ring.

The Show itself was a great success and although we didn’t get back till late last night, we look forward to being back in 2018.
